1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
To keep things simple, we offer Standard International Shipping on all orders.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or global logistics issues.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your order directly on our website via the "Track Your Order" page.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Oracitive is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damaged Items
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at oracitive@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage for a quick resolution.
6. Missing Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors. Oracitive is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. However, if the package is lost in transit (no update for over 25 days), we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
