Refund policy


At Oracitive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we work with global suppliers to bring you the best tech gadgets, please read our policy below:

1. 100-Day Return Window

You have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at our Email with:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos or a video of the damage/wrong item.

  • Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Personal care goods (like the PureFlask, if used).

  • Customized products.

  • Items on final sale or gift cards.

4. Return Process & Shipping

To start a return, you must contact us at our Email.

  • Please note: As a Global Warehousing store, we may provide a specific return address (often our warehouse or a local collection point). Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address on the package.

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
